15 Deer between 6 hunters. Not bad for the season. Of course we should shoot about 150 deer. There is way to many and not enough licenses.
Spartan, some people don't like it, but I really think that it's all in how you cook it. Also, it's a very lean red meat. It has much less fat than beef. My favorite way to cook it is to take the backstrap (which is the best cut of meat) and marinate it in italian dressing, then you wrap it around a fresh jalepeno and wrap bacon around that, and secure with a toothpick and grill it.
