Questions on Lethrinops marginatus

They are pretty hard to come by. I have one male in my 90 gallon that my boyfriend bought a few years ago, and I havent really seen them since. I see some lethrinops lethrinis every now and then. He's about 5 inches and barely colored up. They are kind of shy, and I keep him with some mbuna, so he rarely shows his colors even though he's the largest in the tank. I think he also still has an internal parasite or something bugging him from when I treated an outbreak a month ago.
