I added a seio m820 to my 75 gallon yesterday, only had an aquaclear which pumps 270 gallons per hour and return from my rena xp3 which is about 300 gph with a spraybar.

If I got rid of the aquaclear and put another seio at other end would that be too much turbulence?

fish seemed to get blown around a bit when i put the seio in.

where is best place to place them? was thinking near top facing each other and shut one down at night for quiet time.

any ideas much appreciated! :D

you should be fine with two seio m820's. however i would cross the current in the middle so that the corals (If you have any) get a realistic current feeling. by doing this all the parts of the coral will get into the lighting which most corals need.

should be fine, i have two 1100's in my 65gallon tank (when they turn on, i hate seios)
