:help: Im stumped at whats wrong with my loaches.. heres a half decent picture of one of my sick loach. :help:

Here's their symptoms... they would "tip" over... breath rapidly... real red gills.
Theres some abrasion on them probably from being in weird positions. I noticed that their activity level have been decreased for last 1 or 2 weeks and yesterday I thought that one of my loach have kicked the bucket but it was still alive and today I found out that all of my 3 loaches are sick with same symptoms.
I've been debating on whether to go ahead and try to treat them for whatever unknown parasite they might have or is it too late for any treatment?
Somebody suggested treating them prazipro, I havent had the chance to go out to the store yet.
Oh, yes I have tested my water for you who loves to ask that water question. Ammonia: 0, Nitrite: 0, and Nitrate: somewhat over 10. I believe my water parameters are just fine. As matter of fact my bamboo shrimp molted 2 days ago. Oh my residents of 10g is a betta, paradise fish and bamboo shrimp along w/ 3 sick loaches. (BTW, its a divided 10g).
Ok, heres the main questions:
1) What might be affecting my loaches? Type of parasite?
2) Is it too late to treat the loaches?
3) Any danger for my other fish in there? Do I need to treat the whole tank to be safe? Any good treatment that wouldn't hurt my bamboo shrimp or the snails I have in there.
Thanks for reading and your help in advance
