I have a 12 gallon Nano Reef with 1-27W 10K Bulb and 1-27 Atinic. I have a Torch Coral, Frogspawn, and Zoos in there at the moment. I was wondering how often should I be doing a water change of only about 1 gallon?

I'd go with at least 2 gallons, and at least once a week. Testing will help you determine if this is adequate. Is there a skimmer? Any fish/inverts?

I have a Clown Fish, Yellow Goby, and Peppermint Shrimp in there now. Along with an anemone that I am now looking at and he doesn't look so good. It looks like his whole side it torn open and is bulging out. Any ideas there? Ohh and no skimmer, but I have seen them for sale for this small of a tank. Would it be worth getting one?

the general idea is to change at least 10% of the water each week. in your case 1 gallon would be fine but i would always do at least one more than that since you have such a small tank. The smaller the tank is the more work you will have to do to maintain it.
