I just tested my water with the RedSea Fe tester and it reads that I have 0 ppm .I add Seachem Iron 2.5 ml as instructed according to Seachem's dosing chart.Should I be increasing the dosage amount or did I waste my money on the test kit?
Is Red Sea Iron test reliable.

Test the water after you add the iron and find out 
I use the same test kit and although I've heard it is unreliable, it's still *something*, y'know?
