Well i went to the new wal mart.Looking for plants so i was looking at the tanks when i saw small angils in a tank, so i said why not, some kid will probly put em in a 1 gal ne way. He is about 3/4". i love the way he swims.... he just goes, does not wiggle. I know he will out grow my 20 gal. but thats the plan, so my mom will let me get a 120 gal tank.... i wish, but maybe a 60 gal. Oh ya i also got plants, some grass typ looking plants and some wide leave ones... here he is or is it a she????

oh ok, i wonder how old it is? maybe a couple months?

I have an angel that looks very similar to that, but with black coloring. A 20 gallon might be too short for the full grown angel, but I have mine right now in a 29 gallon. I don't think you need to go *too* overkill on a tank for the little guy. I'm pretty sure you judging by your original post that you were just getting a 120-60 gallon aquarium regardless, but you don't need 120 gallons for an angel, although a 120 gallon tank would be really cool. :D

I think a 29 gallon min for an angel as they are tall enough. With lots of water changes and good food it should grow fine in the 20 gallon for awhile.

I use 20 highs for my angels' breeder tanks ( starting back up with first pair since Rita). They do fine for a single pair IMO. I do a 50% water change every other day. IceH2O, With Lots of food and even more water changes I can usually get adult size in 12-18 months.

Just the pair and a couple sponge filters in my tanks.
