I have just put in 40 lbs of aragonite into my new 55 gallon tank. All I have to say is woah! What happened? Is the water supposed to cloud up like that? Any suggestions on how long this will take, or if I should leave my filter running? Any suggestions would be great, Thanks!

If I get haze/cloudy water at first fill w/aragonite, I leave it 24-48 hours without any water movement. Much of the fines seem to settle out in that time, any light haze left seems to be cleared by the filter within a couple of day after that. Like crushed coral, it is really impossible to rinse aragonite clear.
I think it has cleared some over night. I left the filter running as well. I guess I'll sit and wait and see what happens. Now, I am going to be afraid of putting anymore rocks in the bottom b/c I do not want to kick up any dust. I'll be worried about my fish doing the same. Is there any way to get this dust out? Thanks guys.
