Anybody have any experience with Kegworks regulators? The price is great.....just wondering if the quality is good. Also, Tom refers to an adapter so that a needle valve can be added. Anyone know what it's called and where to buy one?

I bought a kegworks regulator and it looks like a very quality piece but I haven't hooked it up yet (my 5 lb. cylinder should arrive today). I'm still not sure how I'm going to adapt the barbed hose fitting to my needle valve that has a 1/2" NPT fitting.

Thanks for the feedback. Tom Barr says you can pick up an adapter at Home Depot for like a buck. Where did you get your needle valve and how much was it? Is it a good one? Looks like I'm in about the same place as you are with regard to going pressurized.

I got mine at marine monsters, but it's a clippard valve. You can go right to www.clippard.com and pay $10.10 instead of $22 like I did (plus shipping). Live and learn, I guess.

Here's the link at the clippard site:

And here's a picture of mine:
