I was looking for stump remover to use as a sourse of nitrate and could not find any of the recomended brands. The only brand sold in my area is Bonide Stump Out. It does not tell on the bottle whats in it, that made me nervious so I got the MSDS for it. The chemical formuls is Na2S2O5, so no NO3.

Save yourself some grief and go to www.gregwatson.com/ and order some KN3 from him. It will be there in days. It will be as pure as you can get. Very simple, very easy.
While you're there order some of the other Macros he has. Other than Fleets for PO4 you can't get all your stuff any easier, or IMO cheaper.
