Seems sales are to low and good old Winchester may be gone forever. To bad, most of the stores around where I live have stopped selling the rifles and shotguns. They will hold them for a while to see if Winchester is really shut down. And then jump the price up. If you can find a rifle or shotgun, buy it.

I showed it to my wife, since she works at a sporting goods store. she doesn't post here so no I don't have anything to say about this subject. she knows more about guns than I do.

It's only the older models that Winchester makes that will be saying goodbye, like the trustworthy Winchester 94. The newer stuff that Winchester is producing will still keep on coming.
