Ok, I have heard that giving peas to betta's will help with their stomach. Can I give my betta a pea once a week so he doesn't develop swim bladder. If so, how do I get it to him. When I tried once before, the pea sinked to the bottom before my betta could get it. How do I keep the pea on the top to make sure that my betta can eat it? Thanks again.

They almost always sink. If the betta wont' follow them down to the bottom of the tank, you can always use a pair of tweezers to hold it while the betta nibbles at it....not a good option if your' in a hurry to get out the door in the morning.
