This is a warning to anyone looking for an acrylic aquarium. I ordered a custom 750g tank from a company called Aquart back in August. I gave them $2862.50 for a deposit and they haven't delivered anything. They will not even answer/return my calls. Supposedly an employee stole my money and mulitple other customers. The owner (his name is Rich Gould) told me he would make payments to me monthly starting in November but hasn't. They have had my money for 5 months. I'm taking appropriate action against Rich/Aquart but I wanted to warn others of his practices. PM me for details.

I don't know if this will help much, but I happened to notice they are based out of Ohio... Actually, just outside of Columbus. I use to live in the Dayton/Cincy area.

Ohio consumer protection laws allow you to sue for tripple damages in the event of fraud. If you think you're having problems with the owner, I'd mention that to him and see how quickly he's able to return your money or get you a tank.

If you need a lawyer in Ohio, message me. My best friend from high school is a great lawyer in Ohio. I can put you in touch with him. The mere mention of his name to an Ohio company I was having trouble with got them to suddenly work their butts off to settle my claim (damage from moving).
