Snowflake eel question?

Will it be the only thing in there? Snowflakes tend to be less active, but the concern I would have would be the waste production--in a smaller system, you'll need more robust filtration to handle the load. Snowflakes can get up to 30 inches pretty easily.
 
i will have about 3 or 4 more fish.
I do have a 110g filtration system.

I would not add an eel to a 38 that already has other fish in the system. Even overfiltered, you're likely to see problems down the line.
