my 10 gallon (its life story) stocking questions involved

okie dokie i'm having some stocking issues!!!!

i bought 5 hengeli rasbora and 2 corys to go with my 3 kuhli loaches. all was well and good until everyone that knows me decied to palm off their unwanted/unappropriate for their tank/sometimes sick /) fish on me!!!

i've rescued a golden panchax, a platy, a white cloud mountain minnow and my most recently aquired are 2 balloon mollies and 2 lyrtail mollies plus about 3 babies!!!!

so the plan is to take in my hengeli rasbora, the golden panchax, the platy and the white cloud in to whereever will take them and maybe get some more mollies (if i can)

when i give away the fish i will have
2 female balloon mollies
2male lyretail mollies
3 babies (if the panchax doesn't eat them in the mean time)
2 cories
3 kuhli loaches

will i still be over stocked? its a ten gallon tank with a sponge filter, heater and airstone.

will the male lyretails mate with the balloon females???

if i were to take back the cories and loaches as well... how would i make the tank brackish? could i then add some bumble bee gobies?
