Moonlight Gourami

My year old Moonlight gourami has what looks like a scratch along the side of it's body. It looks like it has rubbed up against something and damaged it's skin. The thing is, there is NOTHING sharp in my tank (20 gallon) and it lives with 3 HUGE white cloud mountain minnows and one rainbow shark. I tend to think it's more of some sort of disease. It's right fin also looked torn for some reason.

Water quality is good....do water changes weekly. Any ideas?

Gouramis are perticularly susceptible to disease...you might want to look through something like http://www.fishyfarmacy.com and see if any of the diseases match your symptoms.
