i went to the pet store and the worker is the aquatics depatment gave me a free bunch of plants because he didnt know what it was. i cannot post a picture so iam going to try to describe it to you. its green there are no roots and it floats in the middle of the tank. it is as big as a soft ball, but i dont think it is a moss ball because it looks like a whole bunch of tiny string that is just balled up in a ball. it doesnt really have a shape to it and my cichlids like to swim and rest in it..i took it because it was free and it is doing fine in the tanks. :help:
