New 240g Tank for 2007 Specs - Opinions!

Ok guys, MTS has me in its grip. Been working the last few weeks on setting up a big tank, to handle anything I throw at it should the fancy strike. Salt/fresh, big fish, little fish, you name it. So this is what I have come up with. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Prices are current as of the date of this post, however, they are always subject to change. I wont be purchasing this until next year's tax return.(Still paying off the new lawnmower I had to buy for the yard this year) Ideas and suggestions are welcome. On to the list!

Total cost: $1370.00 when picked up from manufacturer here in TN. Will edit if I change anything. Suggest away! (will probably turn this into a journal with pictures next year) Yes, its very early, but im nothing if not a master of the well-laid-plan. :duh:

thats a great price for a 240 gallon!
even though i'm sure you'll end up spending more then that with all the pretty little decorations..rock/driftwood...etc :)
