Hi again.
I was wondering if anyone had thoughts on wether or not this is a silly idea.
I have one of those Jungle Co2 fizz factories. Basically a plastic box open on the bottom with a hose running from its side to a plastic bottle you put the magical fizz tabs in, and a short line on top that is stoppered.

I am not really sure how this works, or if it really does work. So, I was thinking of taking the top line, using a T junction and putting the Co2 on one side, a spare line from an air pump to the other side of the T. The air line is adjustable flow. Find a happy balance and push the combo to the bottom and out a ceramic diffuser disk.

Is this silly and me just looking to create a problem worse than the existing one?

Chime in. Criticism is fine.

Why do you need the air pump pushing air into the "T"? What happens to the hose on the side?

I dont think the Co2 has enough pressure behind it to go down and through the diffuser, the air would help up the pressure to push it down.
The hose on the side...I am not sure what its for in the 1st place. They coulda put a shiney bobble there or a bit of purple string for all the good it does.
