hello i have a 29g and one fish tank light whcih only has 13w and then i have a screw on flurscent light lamp which is 20W would this be low light or medium light OR bright light? i want some more plants in my tank so yea 
i already got 6 Vallisneria which one grew out of nowhere well acutally from the other one and all is looking good i also have 1 java plant with two baby ones which is very small right now and java moss which has grown extremly well can i maybe add some Cryptocoryne species ive heard they dont need much light and are like java ferns
