Can anyone give me info on the various species? I'm interested in the Lyretail, but I'd like to know about any others that you guys keep.

It's ok, I confuse my students too.
What kind of tank set up do you have? I've kept lyretails myself and cared for Bartlett's and Huchtis before.
Its a 55 gallon (picking it up tomorrow) with FOWLR. I have an Ocellaris Clown that's going in from another tank and have decided on a Coral Beauty and a Black Cap Basslet. I was thinking about an Anthais as the final fish for the tank.

It's ok, I confuse my students too.
I personally wouldn't put an antias in a 55g. Too little swimming room, and they can get bigger than you might think. An adult lyretail can get a good 5" easily, and they are actually pretty territorial. Wait for the bigger tank before you give these guys a shot. If you like the wild coloration, look into fairy or flasher wrasses instead.
