I have a flower anenome that has been doing great. While I was cleaning the tank he started th shrivel and seems to expectorating brown slime/ooze. I tapped him to see if he was alive and he shrivelled a liitle more. Any clue on what the heck is going on? Water params are zero across the board.

Please list all the parameter that you checked for, as we will need to no calcium, SG, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate, and also what fresh water you are using.

Ammonia 0, nitrate 0, nitrite 0, PH 8.2, Gravity 1.22, dont have calcium test or SG. Other sites just think he's taking a poop. I hope so. I've had it bad probably shrivelled up the same way.

We also need to know alkalinity. It could be expelling from feeding but it also may be expelling excess zoozanthellae.

The tanks SG is low as well.
What type lighting do you have over this flower anemone?

Lighting is very important for all inverts that have an algae called zooxanthellae living in their tissues, including anenomes. The zoos need a lot of light, and if they don't get it, they die, and so the the coral, anenome, whatever.

What kind of lights are you using?
