what would be an average price for setting up a 20-30g saltwater tank? including coral, but not fish?

would 30g be enough for a percula clown fish? are there any small "dither" fish i could keep with a clown?

Assuming you're buying all items, figure around $10-15 gallon as a minimum. It can go up from there, depending on what all you need the tank to support. Minimal setup for a pair of perculas and maybe 1-2 small gobies, I'd say about $300, with most of that going for rock and a decent skimmer. Add lighting into the mix to support corals, and you'll be looking at $400-500.
