Ill be in orlando march 5-9, and I want to pick up 20-30 pounds of atlantic live rock to bring back home with me. I should be able to save quite a bit without having to pay for shipping.
Any florida(orlando) people willing to help me out?

I wont have a car, so its pretty much impossible for me to get anywhere. Plus I would need the LR packed up as if it was going to be shipped. I wanted to get some rock from http://www.tbsaltwater.com/.
I was thinking perhaps someone in orlando could have it shipped to them, or pick it up or something similar. That way it would be all boxed and ready for me.
I do have a friend in tampa bay, but I have no idea if he could pick it up and bring it to me. I would see him the first day Im down there which would mean the rock would sit in the hotel room for 4 days. Probably not good.

Where are you staying? You could have it shipped to the hotel, or, there is a store within taxi distance of the parks/ I drive that has live rock.
Im stayin at the beach club resort I believe. There are bound to be issues shipping overnight to a hotel, if it gets delayed, if I have to sign for something, or any of that. PITA.

Most resorts will sign for packages, but you have to tell them in advance the package is coming. We stayed at the royal pacific 4 months ago while doing a local move, and the concierge signed for several fedex overnights and delivered them to the room.
They said to just order when I get home.

Hey you can rent a car from this place for $34.51 including tax and unerage driver fee of $15.00. I rented from them in tampa last september and had real good luck. Very nice and they dont have a problem with no credit card and drivers under 25. Good luck with the live rock.
