I have a Half-Black angel or Pearl scale angel and i think he is beautiful.
He did attack my anenome until he died and I still dont know the reason for this but other than that he swims alot and looks good doing it.

I don't think there's one that's 'best', after all, beauty is in the eye of the beholder! All have the potential to nip at corals/anemones, though some have a worse reputation than others. Your choice also depends on the space you have available - dwarf angels like Potter's and halfblacks get much bigger than flamebacks or cherubs for example.
Take a look at www.centrypyge.net it's a nice site with pictures of most of the dwarf angel species, that should help you choose :)
FWIW I've got a white-tailed angel (C. flavicauda) who is a little cutie with a lot of attitude, and a big, fat halfblack who is completely and utterly in charge of my 65g - he's one bad dude with a nasty disposition and LOVES chewing on my hammer coral . He's a beast, and as angels go he's not as gorgeous as some, but I'm very attached to him :D

My favorite is the lemonpeel angel.
I don't understand what you mean by "best". Most hardy?

if you mean "best" as in reef safe......the coral beuty is the least likely to eat corals. i wrote to Bob Fenner and asked this same question before buying my coral beuty. there is massive amounts of info on any fish, selection, breeding, etc on his site wetwebmedia.com as well as in his book. ive had the coral beuty for over six mos now with absolutely no problems to my corals. also does a great job at algea grazing! :D
