my peacock was holding in a community tank I netted her to put in nursery tank and she spit the fry they have large egg sacks and just lay on the bottom will they be ok I have no egg tumbler Thanks John

Only time will tell if she picks them up again. But I can tell you what to do next time. Clean out a quart wide mouth jar and lay it down on the bottom of the tank. Try to coax the female in it. It may take quite a few tries as I walk away from the tank after each try. Then place a cover (net?) over the opening and just lift out of the tank and lay it in the hatching tank. None of mine ever spit out eggs or fry when I used this method.
