Hi all,
I realize this isn't a gardening forum, but this question relates to fish, and the desire for them not to die. I have a few house plants around, and they've become home to these annoying little flies. What will kill the flies and not harm the fish (whether it be by osmosis or a poisoned fly landing in the water)? I thought about fly paper, but I didn't know if there were any other ideas.

take the plants outside to spray them. any spraying with pesticides IN the house is risky at best.

Thanks, I'll take care of it ASAP. I don't have the same flies, but it's definitely not something I want to risk!
