Wouldn't that work for a Betta?

It is 4.5 gallons! that would be okay for my Pacu right?(the half gallon betta bowl is getting kinda small)

4.5 gallons could be enough for 2 pacu. They grow to fit the tank, right? And one of those sucker fish to keep it clean.

I could think of worse...it's got filtration, an air pump and lights. Just needs heat. Several things would be happy in a 4.5 gal tank.
