what does it mean when a 3inch oscar keeps on lying on its side instead of hovering or swimming. and then when he does swim he is kind of tilted to one side :sick: ?

He doesn't feel comfortable in his tank. This could be just because he's new and hasn't gotten used to his surroundings and/or it could be due water quality issues.
