Hello everyone It seems i have a problem i have had fish tanks all my life but i have never seen anything like this before I have a tetra that seems to be very overweight I have never seen anything like this before it just sits there! when it does swim it cant even make it to the top Does anyone know if there is a desease that would cause this or is my fish just eat too much

sounds like dropsy you'll probably loose him soon unless it's really constipated try feeding peas

I suppose its possible the fish could have a tumor inside.
Whatever it is it doesnt sound contagious, but you could quarantine it if you are worried about that.
