Could anything survive in this water?

Is that water in a tank? How big of a tank? Of course something could probably "survive" in there, but it wouldn't be exactly the best conditions for it.

That looks like green water and algae to me, which isn't that bad and occurs a lot in the wild. However, with little water changes the DOCs, TDS, and nitrates -- read POLLUTION -- are probably through the roof and not many animals can survive pollution.
If something could survive in there would depend on what was in there in the first place and just how bad the readings really are.
