any info on banded possum wrasse?

hey all, i once had one of these cute little wrasses but i lost him to a puffer.
I really want to get another one and i was wonderin if anybody had any input on them or pictures.

I heard alot of instances of people having them in nano reef tanks and i was wondering if i could house a small one in a 10g with live rock if I have the wrasse as the only fish in the tank?
