How often can I add stress coat when being used to repair damaged fins?
The bottle doubles the dose to repair damage, but it doesnt say how often, only to add when changing water, adding or netting fish, or to repair damage from injury or disease.

Just add it every time you do a water change. I would say anymore than that is not going to help. A healthy fish should be able to heal its own fins anyways.

Shove it all in to the filter (it dosent do much anyway)

Try adding aquarium salt, i added it in mine and it works real good i noticed a big difference in a weeks time. Its a lot less cheaper than some other solutions.
