What temp is eveyone's tank?

;) Just curious what everyone kept their tank temp at in F? Seems to vary a lot between aquarists. I keep all of my tanks at 78.5F.

Depends on the fish in the tank.

I keep my Melanotaeniidae family rainbows at 75-76*
Pseudomugilidae at 78-79*
Amazon tank at 79*
Goldfish 74*
Most of my other tanks are 79*

my fry tanks i tend to keep a lil warmer.. around 79 my other tanks vary between 75-79. ive heard, and im not sure if its true, that if you want more male fry, keep the tank warmer, if you want more female fry, keep the tank cooler.. myth?

My betta is about 76 and the gourami tank is 78 and the rainbow tank is non-existant at the moment.

OMG I would die with the heat up that high. ARGH! I never thought I'd say that until I moved from Guelph to VA, Ms. Bubbles. I can't STAND the heat down here. I'm walking around in shorts and a t-shirt almost year around. I don't wear pants or a coat unless it gets below 40F and that doesn't happen very often.

Ugh. I miss Canadian snow. Not the wind and the chill index, just the snow :)

I turn the room heater off at night so even with the tank heater it goes between 74-78 depending on the weather. I don't useally see more than a 2* difference in any particular day though.

Between 72 and 80F, depending on the tank and the temperature outside. I have four tanks running though one is cycling and so it's at the lower end with the Clowns and Shark at the high end.
