how old would a 3 inch tiger oscar be?? the people at the pet store said that they didnt know how old there fish were....so...im asking you guys :)

or less! I've never seen anything grow so fast as an oscar.
I helped some people who were buying as Oscar at one of the big chain pet stores a couple weeks ago. They were deciding whether or not they should get the $4 baby or the $13 3 inch fish. I told them how fast my Oscar grew and that the difference in age of the two sizes for sale was probably no more than 2 months.
