Chlorine and Chloramines...

When doing water changes using tap water, how worried should I be about chlorine and chloramines. I use Amquel, it says it removes it, I dont know how valid the claim is thought. :help:

Amquel and Prime break the chlorine-ammonia bond and neutralize both the freed ammonia and chlorine. Either product will do the job.
