About a month ago I noticed one of my rasboras had a grayish-black bump over the nostril and mouth area. (I've attached a photo -- I hope that helps.) He acted completely normal otherwise. I had just cleaned the tank and thought maybe he injured himself in some way. Since there were no other symptoms I was hoping it would heal itself.
I'm still waiting, over a month later. He's still behaving normally, hasn't gotten worse, hasn't lost weight. All the other tank inhabitants are happy and healthy.
Does anyone know exactly what's wrong with him?
Is there anything I can do for him?
