Is Capt Rubberfins an oscar? (prolly stupid question but I don't know all my fish breeds yet).
Also what are the other cichlids?

The oscar looks to be on the thin side, new addition?

yeah they are both new right now they share a 55g but im planning at least a 110+ for them
but blue the jd is maybe 2.5 inches and the oscar is 1.5 - 2 inches
but yeah i thought he looked a bit small too so ive been feeding them a little extra i do small feedings but 3 or 4 times a day. (ive never seen them let anything hit the floor of the tank) so i ffigure as long as they eat it will be ok and when they look a bit more normal im gonna slow down to 2 feedings.
