What to add next to my tank?

I have a tank that currently has 5 mollies (1 male, 4 females) living in it. The water is salt free. It's a 20 gallon long. Temp is set at 80, no detectable ammonia or nitrites. Big mass of java fern in it too.

I'd like to add some sort of tight schooling fish to the tank to compliment the mollies which are smart and friendly, but do tend to just wander seperatly all over the place.

Any suggestions? Something like neon tetras perhaps? I plan to upgrade to a 55-75 gallon in the next few months, so I want to be able to add bigger fish later and neons might be too small.

So what's everyones favorite schooling fish, and how many to my 20g?

if you are thinking of something like a neon try the Cardinal Tetras. They are a nicer color. A little more red. OR, try Narrow Wedge tetra. They are great. Orange and black, almost in a raceing stripe pattern on the side of them
