Confused about tank temperature

I've gotten some conflicting info regarding a good temp to keep my 55 gallon tank at. Have labids, auroras, frontosa, a julie. Our tank supplier said to keep it at 74 but everything I read suggests higher around 78.

i keep malawis but i keep my tank between 76 and 77 and all the fish are fine. so i would say anywhere between 74 and 80 and you should be ok.
