Well recently, in my 10g well planted empty tank, I had introduced 2 blue rams. Needless to say, they both died within a few days. They were both in the empty tank only for a total of 4days.
I wont be trying blue rams for some time.

However I have a q about 10g tank. I removed each blue ram that died within at most, 5 hrs of its death.

Now so that I can add new fish, do I have to tear down the tank and plants and everything ?

i'd suggest that before you add 'new' fish, you try and determine why the rams died. was the filter cycled? if not, the rams were likely killed due to toxic levels of ammonia and nitrite ... the same thing is likely to happen with 'any' new fish you put into the tank.

there's no need to tear down the tank, but you do need to cycle the filter.

zebra danios are notoriously hardy and can be used to cycle the filter .. or .. you can use what's called "fishless" cycling.

it is a cycled tank... I forgot to mention that earlier.
Ammonia = 0
Nitrite = 0
Nitrates = 10
pH = 6.2
60% densely planted
total age of cycled tank = 5-6 weeks

in that case, i think you're safe to add fish ... in fact, if you don't do so within a day or so, you're going to lose your biofilter.
