i currently have one koi in my 80 gal tank.. should i get mmore? or leave it alone

You should get it some more water, like a pond. Koi just get too big.

im just raising the koi big enough to later be put in a pond
i was just wondering for the current time... should i put another two to keep it company

If its still young (and less than a foot long), and its going into a pond this spring or summer, then 1 or 2 more should be ok.
