Captain Hook and captainhook, This is Just Wrong

This is just wrong.

I had to do a double take today 'cause I noticed we now have a user with the name "captainhook" that joined at the end of December.

I thought it was Captain Hook at first, then I noticed that he didn't write like Captain Hook does.

This is too confusing. Shouldn't he change his name or something? It would be like someone joining with the name Orion_Girl or Joe125g. Just shouldn't be, y'know?

It was great, until some one came up with a hacking software that allowed you to login with dsifferent simultaneous names, clone persons already logged in, and to kick out the ones he didn't like.

That was the end of the fun, so let's keep impersonation out of here, please.

Not everyone has unique names. Heck, I dont think anyone has unique names any more. I thought I did for many years until I finally heard the name Tristan in my teens. Now its almost common. And I can even search for my full name on google and get 20+ hits. :eek:

Being that I just signed up here not to long ago I had trouble getting a good name. I probably tried for half an hour to come up with a name not already taken. Oh well, good enough.

Yeah, that was the first place I actualy heard it... Although that wasnt till I was actually in college. Guess no one was that cultured around were I grew up. There was also a 'Tristan' in a fantasy type card game, maybe it was 'Magic' I cant remember for sure. Thats about it until I was in my 20's.
