One Fish Acting Wierd

I have an africian cichlid in my 29 tank...actually I have 3, but one isn't his normal self. He's stayin at the top of the tank and not really going anywhere's else. At first I thought he was dead but he wasn't...just acting wierd. But today he's doing alittle better. I'm not sure if the water change help things out for him or not. But anyways thats the prob I have at the moment. I think with time he'll get better. Thanks for your help.

Its probebly because the tank is too small, and he's getting chased and harassed by another one of the cichlids.

Malawis should have at least a 40 gallon tank, depending on the species.

Do you know what species you have?
