Help IDing fish disease

Anybody know a good site with pictures to help ID a disease?

I've got something in a tank but I'm not sure what it is. Some damage to tail and fins, cloudy eyes, wasting, major symtom would appear to be white lesions on body. At first I thought the lesions were fungus but now I don't think so. The only disease I've ever seen before was ick and it's not that. It's effecting bleeding hearts, pleco, neons, cories.

Thanks Roan. I had looked at Pandora's but I'm still having difficulty. Seems like an abundance of symptoms perhaps it's some sort of poisoning. It's not my tank and it has been treated with meds so I'm not sure any test readings would be reliable. I'm going to continue with water changes and hope ofr the best. In the meantime if anyone knows any other sites I can check please post a link.
