My 10 gallon contained:
2 balloon mollies
1 paradise gourami
1 panda cory
1 otocinulus catfish

I had to do away with the gourami because he was attacking the mollies. I would like to add something else and was wondering:
Is there a more docile gourami any reccomends that I wouldn't have problems with?
Should I just add more mollies?
Should I just add more cories?
Should I just leave the tank as it is?

Actually, otos can be fine by themselves in such a small tank. I did have a pair in my 10 gallon and had to make sure to supplement their feedings. Anyway, I agree that you should get 2 more cories, they do best in groups and not only will they feel better, they'll be more fun for you to watch!

for sure get some more cories!!!... and if you still wanted a gourami... a dwarf gourami should do fine in your 10gallon... but just one..

I agree that you need one more gourami, another oto, and no less than 3 more cories, BUT you need a larger tank to put them in. A 10 gallon will not hold all of those fish. Even the stock you currently have is too much for that small tank. You should get a 20 gallon tank, especially if you want to have a proper population of the fish you have, keeping in mind that Cories are schooling fish.
