What is this jelly like substance on my driftwood?

Took out one of my driftwood pieces to boil it, as the tannin count is a little high to my liking.

While waiting for the water to boil, I noticed these little blobs of 'jelly' that had little dots in them. I could only describe them as eggs really in a substance.

I was worried it could've been BN or Kuhli eggs, but from a quick search BN eggs are larger and Kuhli's give birth to live young (I think.)

Enhabitants are Guppies, Minnows, Bristlenoses, Kuhli Loachs, Golden Mystery Snails.

Someone enlighten me?

As in snail EGGS? I do have a lot of hitch-hikers from various plants.

Surgee is right they do.

Only thing it could be if related to snails, are the hitchhikers which seem WAY too small to deposit that many eggs. (jelly drop of eggs(?) are as big as the hitchhiking snail)

I've had the same thing, I made the mistake of not noticing until it was too late and my tank was overrun by baby snails, took me 2 months to finally get rid of all of them since they're good at hiding.

Green eggs in floating plants. :)

Most certainly snail eggs. You'd be surprised how many eggs can be laid and how fast they can grow.
