I am watching a confusing behaviour in my 50 gl FW tank (look at signature).
I recently moved 2 angels to the 250 gl. tank because they were getting agressive and were bullying the gouramies. After I did that, the cories have left the bottom of the tank and are constantly swiming at midwater.
In th bottom of the tank, there are a crayfish and a shrimp, that have been there for at least 3 months.
I have some hypothesis:
1- The cories are happy since the agressive angels are gone and swim to celebrate.
2- The inverts are happy for the angels are gone and are now free to chase the cories.
