Hi,

I've always used the Hagen Ladder to inject co2, but this time I'd like to try something different and see if it makes a bigger (positive) difference with regards to the plants.

Anyway, I have a rio mini 50 that I could use for a power reactor. I'd like to use it along with a spare gravel vac tube. I have no idea if this size powerhead is appropriate. I'd like to build it today.

Any thoughts?

I appreciate the input.

Thanks John.

Sorry I didn't answer sooner. Yes, I saw that product on Aqua Botanic after I did a little searching. But I can't find any reviews on the it, so I wasn't sure if it would've worked or not.

After a while I decided to build it. After a few hours, I tested the water and I've got the following: Kh 3 and Ph is 6.4. That's 35.8 ppm according to Chucks chart! And so far the fish are doing well.

This is really cool.
