I was wondering if anyone can suggest any algea eaters to put in my tank with cichlids?

I'm not truely sure which cichlids I have I only know for sure 1 is a yellow lab, the other 3 are questionable and they are only in a 25 right now I know I will have to upgrade but it will be a little while unless I can come across one for sale cheap or even another small tank and I'll separate them until I can upgrade, they are all only around 1" right now, their only tank mates at this time are a few MTS and I don't plan on adding any other fish (ever) with them but I would like someone to help out with the cleaning, and in case you are worried I will be doing at least 2 water changes a week until I can get a bigger tank for them, possibley more if I can fit them in.

Also in case you haven't seen my first post about them, Please don't get mad at me for having 4 cichlids in a 25g tank believe me I realize the need more space but my cousin was going to flush them down her toilet   and I could NOT let her do that so I took them and I will give them better conditions as soon as I can.

Thanks so much,

Gin

A bristlenose pleco might work... it doesn't get as large as a regular pleco. I have 1 in my 90 gallon and it helps with algae. Just make sure it has a couple places to hide.

A rubbernose pleco would also work. They stay around 3 inches long, eat alot, and hold there own against african cichlids. I have a common and a rubbernose with my africans and while the common gets nipped on and doesn't move much during the day, the rubbernose doesn't have a mark on it and occasionally defends its ground. Definitely my favorite pleco. Very active for a pleco and not timid at all.
